Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using Fashoma. By accessing fashoma.com or downloading and using the Fashoma app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. The Service

Fashoma is a fashion technology platform that enables users to create a 3D Body Twin from a series of camera captures, receive personalised fit recommendations, and explore fashion products from retail partners. The service is operated by Fashoma Ltd, registered in England and Wales.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Fashoma. By using the service, you confirm you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm you have parental or guardian consent.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and current information when registering
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
• One account per person — you may not transfer your account to another person

4. Body Twin Technology — Acceptable Use

The Body Twin capture feature is designed for personal use to improve your fashion experience. You agree to:

• Use the capture feature only for your own body measurements
• Not attempt to capture measurements of other individuals without their explicit consent
• Not use the technology for any commercial body measurement service without written agreement with Fashoma
• Understand that measurements are estimates and should not be used for medical, clinical, or professional fitting purposes

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Fashoma — including but not limited to the website design, app interface, Body Twin technology, algorithms, branding, photography, and copy — is owned by or licensed to Fashoma Ltd and is protected by UK and international intellectual property law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Fashoma content without our prior written consent.

6. Purchases and Affiliate Links

When you click through to purchase a product from a retail partner via Fashoma, you are redirected to that retailer's website. The purchase is a contract between you and the retailer. Fashoma is not party to that transaction and accepts no responsibility for:

• Product quality, availability, or pricing
• Delivery, returns, or customer service
• Any disputes arising from the purchase

Fashoma may earn an affiliate commission on purchases made through the App. This does not affect the price you pay.

7. AI Style Advice

The AI Stylist feature provides personalised style suggestions. These are recommendations only and do not constitute professional styling, fashion, or purchasing advice. Fashoma accepts no responsibility for purchases made based on AI recommendations.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use Fashoma for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use the service to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
• Impersonate any person or entity

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fashoma Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or £50 if you have paid nothing).

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that measurements will be accurate to any specified tolerance.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, for extended inactivity, or to comply with legal requirements. You may delete your account at any time from within the App. Upon termination, all locally stored Body Twin data is removed from your device and any account data is deleted within 30 days.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
